I loved the universe that was created. It was very fast paced.... The down time was short and gave you information about the universe. I liked the characters and their back story.

When it comes to the romance it was cute.

I normally do not go for fantasy like this book but it was well worth my first try. Outside of the fantasy part the romance that was built was beautifully done. The end of the journey from Shadow was definitely unexpected. Great read.

Lost Souls is a mix of a fairy-tale type story and a role-playing game. It's well written with an interesting plot and story-line and the pacing is good (there's a lot going on!). I found the world building and the folklore quite exciting in fact.

If you like to read a romantic fairy tale about a Knight with plenty of demons, castles, towers, caves, riddles, puzzles, magic and a prince, you might like this story. It's a sweet tale with no sex. For a debut novel it's pretty good actually.
